Earlier this week the two once-expelled members of the Tennessee House of Representatives, the Hon. Justin Pearson and the Hon. Justin Jones, were reinstated to their positions by the Shelby County Commission and Nashville Metro Council, respectively. The Hon. Gloria Johnson was not expelled.
